This walk explores the upper section of the track as far as Wentworth Pass. The walk passes several waterfalls, a great highlight especially in early morning when the falls form a mist over the valley. You can tailor this walk to suit your level of fitness and however lon you feel like trekking for.

How to get there from Blue Mountains Backpacker Hostel:

Train: Catch one of the hourly trains heading down the Mountains (towards Sydney) until you get to Wentworth Falls station. Go out to the highway and then follow the highway, heading west, until you come to Falls Road. Follow Falls Road for a bit, then turn right onto Fletcher Street and follow signs to the Conservation Hut.

Driving: Drive back towards Sydney for approxiamately 15 minutes. Before you get to Wentworth Falls town centre, there is a set of traffic lights. Turn right onto Falls Road, follow down and take a right at Fletcher Street, following the signs to the Conservation Hut.
